Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble
These terms and conditions of sale (TCS) apply exclusively between Institut Neuro Performance Inc., whose headquarters are located in Quebec, Canada, and any person visiting or making a purchase via the website q-store.fr. These terms aim to define the terms of sale between Institut Neuro Performance Inc. and the user, from ordering to services, including payment, delivery, and warranty management.

Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the website q-store.fr on the date of the user's visit, subject to stock availability. Each product is accompanied by a user guide provided by the supplier and sent by email following any online order.
The products, including Q-Technology insoles and the Fascia-Tool, are intended for general wellness use. They are not medical devices and should not be used as substitutes for medical treatments. Institut Neuro Performance Inc. disclaims any liability for improper use of these products.

Prices
The prices displayed on the website are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping fees. Prices may be modified at any time without notice, knowing that items will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products in the online store. Shipping fees are calculated in addition and vary depending on the destination.

Order
The user can place an order on the q-store.fr website. The ordering process consists of several steps: the user selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, fills out the order form, selects the delivery method, and finally confirms the payment. The confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these TCS and forms the contract. An electronic confirmation containing the order summary will be sent to the user.

Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered products. Payment can be made by credit card through a secure payment system. The site uses SSL encryption to protect all data related to personal information and payment methods.

Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the user at the time of the order. Institut Neuro Performance Inc. undertakes to do everything possible to ship the products as quickly as possible. The delivery times indicated are for reference only and may vary depending on the destination, particularly for international deliveries, which may be subject to customs formalities that could extend the delivery time. The user is responsible for any customs duties or local taxes.

In case of exceeding the expected delivery time, the user will be informed and will have the option to maintain their order or cancel it for a full refund, unless the delay is due to exceptional circumstances such as customs delays, transportation disruptions, or any other situation beyond the control of Institut Neuro Performance Inc.

Warranty and Liability
Q-Technology and Fascia-Tool products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects observed upon receipt of the product. This warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt as confirmed by delivery tracking. After this period, no claims regarding manufacturing defects will be accepted.

Institut Neuro Performance Inc. cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products, unauthorized modification, or failure to consult a healthcare professional where recommended. Furthermore, the company disclaims all liability in case of non-performance of the contract due to stock shortages, product unavailability, force majeure, or transportation service disruptions.

Disputes
Any order placed through the website q-store.fr is subject to Canadian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the courts of the province of Quebec, Canada, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Modification of TCS
Institut Neuro Performance Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time. The new TCS will, where applicable, be brought to the client's attention and will apply only to sales made after their online publication on the website q-store.fr.

International Disclaimer
For international customers, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products you purchase comply with the laws and regulations of your country. Institut Neuro Performance Inc. assumes no responsibility for the compliance of Q-Technology and Fascia-Tool products with local standards in the various countries where they are shipped. In the event of legal issues related to the import or use of the products, the customer must assume full responsibility.
